His background as Senior VP at BillGO and Corporate VP at Woodward, Inc. makes him an invaluable asset in areas like ERP implementation, cybersecurity, and operational efficiency.

Jovan Willford

As an accomplished CEO and Board Director in healthcare technology, Jovan has led Healthgrades and Mercury Healthcare, spearheading predictive innovations in consumer engagement. His proven track record in guiding successful business transformations will be instrumental to our growth.

Anna H.

Anna leads Evidence, Measurement, and Evaluation at the Children’s Investment Fund Foundation (CIFF). With a background in senior roles at Transparency International and Y Care International, her expertise in data-driven action and transparency will help us navigate complex challenges with impact.

Archna Vyas

A dynamic leader in advocacy and communications, Archna serves as the Director of Policy & Communications at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. Her strategic experience, including establishing India’s Behavioural Insights Unit, strengthens our focus on financial inclusion, gender equality, and global engagement.

Maria Garrido

With over 25 years in modern marketing, Maria’s global executive experience includes roles as SVP of Brand Marketing at Vivendi Group and Chief Insights Officer at Havas. A committed advocate for women’s issues, her expertise in brand strategy and social impact will enhance our mission’s reach.

Rebecca Robins

Rebecca leads Interbrand’s Learning and Culture initiatives, driving collaboration and innovation. With deep knowledge in brand strategy and transformation, her work with top brands and universities aligns with our vision of building a strong, enduring brand.

Adrian Gonzalez

A high-profile CEO, board director, and growth leader, Adrian is an Australian national with a steadfast belief that purpose-led organizations with positive work cultures and strong, connected brands create enduring shareholder value and community impact. Adrian has held senior leadership roles in Sydney, London, Beijing, and Singapore, specializing in data-driven marketing, organizational innovation, and M&A in China and emerging markets.

Debra Langley

An advisor to tech businesses engaging next-generation consumers, Debra focuses on commerce opportunities where fashion, sports, fans, and creators intersect. She partners with CAPTIS Ventures and serves as a senior advisor to LABEL Ventures in Milan, helping grow luxury, fashion, and water brands. Debra also holds advisory roles with the DesignSingapore Council, the National Retail Federation, and Since Tomorrow, a pioneer in community commerce.

Lizi Hamer

Lizi’s creative energy is as vibrant as a “school bus on the way to the zoo.” From re-launching a beer in the desert with half a tonne of prawns to designing the first Lego character with ears, her campaigns are bold and impactful. Co-founder of SisuGirls.org and creator of SheSays Singapore, Lizi inspires audiences at TedX and Spikes Asia. Her campaigns, which have won awards for storytelling and impact, challenge norms and bring diverse voices into the creative industry.

Vishnu Mohan

As Partner & CEO Asia Pacific at Dept Agency, Vishnu leads a team of over 3,500 digital specialists creating pioneering digital experiences globally for clients like Google, KFC, and Twitch. Committed to a boutique culture with a global reach, Dept Agency is climate-neutral and B Corp certified. Vishnu is also the Founder & Chairman of Avyan Holdings and previously chaired the Vivendi Committee for India and Southeast Asia, bringing deep expertise in brand transformation and technology innovation.

Sarah Degnan Kambou

Sarah is a renowned global development expert with over 25 years of leadership in gender equity and social justice initiatives. She has advised on significant government and NGO initiatives worldwide, with past appointments by President Obama and Secretary of State Hillary Clinton. Radhika Malpani

A senior executive with a proven record in building and scaling world-class products, Radhika now advises mission-driven startup founders on scaling and strategy. She also teaches climate-focused entrepreneurship at Stanford and UCSC. Open to advisory roles, Radhika is committed to helping businesses tackle climate change with strategic innovation and a hands-on approach.

Deepa Mehta
